Do not take my word for it. Look at the rooms.
Everything on this page is a real photograph, taken at a real event I personally created, managed and hosted – not a stock library, not a rendering, not a mood board. This is what the work actually looks like when it is happening.
One honest note before you scroll: these photographs are a small fraction of the whole. Across affiliated businesses, the company-reported reach is 37 countries, 700+ cities and 1,000,000+ participants – company-reported figures across affiliated businesses; not solely Jeremy’s personal delivery record. No gallery could hold it. This is a window, not the archive.
The proof, frame by frame

Jeremy Brooks hosting a team challenge in Miami
Microphone in hand, in the middle of the room, while teams race a build challenge at their tables. This is the hosting job in one frame: the energy, the timing and the attention stay with the host so the teams can stay with each other.

Jeremy Brooks hosting a CSR give-back activation in New York City
Give-back days hit differently. Here teams fill donation bags by hand, under a “Together We Can” banner, for people who need them. The strongest bonding I have ever watched has happened on days like this, when the work points at someone other than the team itself. Humanity first, and the teamwork follows on its own.
Cvent CONNECT – Nashville 2026 and San Antonio 2025
At Cvent CONNECT 2026 in Nashville (July 13-16, 2026, Music City Center), Jeremy led more than nine live activations integrated into conference sessions and hands-on labs alongside Cvent teams, as reported in Cvent’s own EIN Presswire release of June 12, 2026, “Strayboots Brings Transformational Event Activations to Cvent CONNECT 2026”. He personally co-hosted and solo-hosted sessions, labs and networking experiences at the conference.
The 2025 edition of Cvent CONNECT was held in San Antonio, the same year Cvent named Strayboots to its Top Meeting Vendors and Venues honor in 2025.

What the pictures cannot show
They cannot show the sound. A hosted room at full tilt – two hundred people who were strangers at breakfast, arguing happily over a puzzle – has a volume and a joy to it that a photograph flattens. They cannot show the quiet moments either: the handshake between two colleagues who had barely spoken in a year, or the silence when a team presents something it built to the person it was built for.
That is why this page exists alongside the numbers, not instead of them: 37 countries, 700+ cities and 1,000,000+ participants – company-reported figures across affiliated businesses; not solely Jeremy’s personal delivery record. And behind almost every one of those numbers, a room that sounded like these pictures look.
